Operations Manger

With a disciplined military background and a unique set of skills, Hannah is the team's rock in times of crisis.

Trained to remain calm under pressure and manage any situation, she also holds a nursing qualification, ensuring that the team is in safe hands in case of an emergency.

Hannah brings a strong sense of structure and organisation to every project, ensuring that deadlines are met and challenges are overcome swiftly and effectively.

Phoebe

"The Assistant"

Meet Phoebe the team's "assistant," although her skill set is... questionable at best.

Despite her lack of formal training in property development, Phoebe is always on the clock, ensuring that no corner of the garden is left undug. While her keen interest in digging may not be ideal for landscaping, her enthusiasm is unmatched.

She brings a touch of joy and light-heartedness to the team, proving that even in the most serious business, a little fun never hurts.
